Lulu Gomez

Lulu Gomez is a 4th year Ph.D candidate in Industrial Organizational Psychology (IO) at Florida International University (FIU). As a Queer, Hispanic-American woman, her research is dedicated to exploring the existing power dynamics in the labor sphere, specifically, the role of sexual identity and ethnicity in the workplace. In recounting the monumental role of secondary mentors in both her personal and academic development, she hopes to inspire graduate students to form connections.
