Havi Tran

Havi Tran is currently a 3rd year Ph.D. student in Industrial Organizational Psychology at Florida International University, studying the interaction between the work and home life, and how this may differ according to culture. She is a first-generation, young adult Asian American woman with class privilege, who hopes that her chapter on her Ph.D. experience sheds light on the challenging and rewarding journey of becoming a doctor.
