Danilo LeSante

Dr. Danilo Le Sante graduated with his Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Florida International University in 2021. He currently works for Google as a People Analytics Researcher specializing in hiring equity. As a Hispanic man and native Miami resident, he enjoys attending arts and cultural events in his community, traveling, and volunteering at Miami-Dade Animal Services in his spare time.
